A customer of ours, the National Park Service (NPS)... recently getting some well-deserved attention on the blogosphere for its Flight 93 National Memorial project and its innovative use of social media.

Having been on the other side, interviewing a wide range of people from officials and corporate executives to regular citizens, I can quickly determine whether someone will be a good spokesperson.
