Last week, our VP of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Tom Edwards, sat with CEO Bob Thompson of CustomerThink, Corp., an independent research and publishing firm focused on customer-centric business management.

In their discussions, Tom drove home the value of Neighborhood America's Social + CRM offerings, which led Bob to connect with our customer Mr. Amir Capriles, Director of Alliances for Microsoft Dynamics.
